Every day, we commit to:
Common areas:
-We will provide sanitizing gels in all common areas of the Hotel, and we will make sure that the appropriate distance between guests is kept at all times.
-The rules for guests and workers will be clearly displayed.
-All the main contact points (such as reception desk, lifts and the relative buttons, handles, switches, handrails, bathrooms in the common areas, and room keys) will be sanitized on a daily basis.
-Rooms will be constantly ventilated to maintain correct air circulation.
Pool and garden:
-A greater distance between sunbeds will be ensured, and all the equipment will be regularly sanitized.
-You can sunbathe and enjoy the mountain air without wearing a mask by the pool, and in your own sunbed in the garden.
-Pool towels will be available as usual, sanitized after each use.
-In addition to the usual daily check of pool water parameters, we also ensure accurate cleaning and sanitization of the common areas.
Restaurant:
-The necessary distance between tables will be always guaranteed.
-In the kitchen and during the service, all safety procedures will be respected, so you’ll be able enjoy our dishes at your table without a mask, in complete tranquility.
– Our rich breakfast buffet, as well as the appetizer and salad buffet, will be self-service again, with the obligation to wear a mask and use disposable gloves. One of our employees will be in charge of monitoring compliance with these procedures.
Rooms:
-Our rooms will be cleaned and sanitized after each departure with certified products, according to the applicable protocols, to guarantee a sanitized environment for the next guest arriving. In order to guarantee the correct execution of all operations, check-in time has been moved to 2 PM, and check-out must be strictly by 10 AM on the day of departure.
